About ViaCura

Your Path. Our Care

Born from Experience. Driven by Care.

ViaCura Support was founded by a group of friends and colleagues with diverse experience across hospitals, aged care, disability, pathology and healthcare.

Through our professional experiences, we have seen the difference that compassionate, respectful and reliable support can make in the lives of people with disability, as well as their families and carers.

We created ViaCura to bring our shared experience, values and passion for care together providing person-centred support that puts people first and promotes choice, independence, connection and dignity.

We believe every person has their own goals, preferences, routines and aspirations. Our role is not to decide what that journey should look like, but to walk alongside each person and provide support that is meaningful to them.

Whether it’s support with everyday living, connecting with the community, enjoying social activities or accessing more complex support, we are committed to providing care that is personal, respectful and dependable.
